Who operates this site

Jonah and Associates Pty Ltd, trading as Sendmux, operates and publishes myagent.mx. This publisher site is separate from the Sendmux product and service. The full policy for the product and service is available at sendmux.ai/privacy.

Hosting and newsletter processing

Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers it through its global network. If you submit the newsletter form, Spotzee processes the email address so Sendmux can send MyAgent updates. Newsletter form values are not sent to web analytics.

Optional web analytics

PostHog in the European Union receives web analytics only after you select Allow analytics. The site records the page path without its query or fragment, the site section, referring domains and campaign tags, an authored content or call-to-action identifier when present, newsletter success without the email address, anonymous device and session identifiers, basic browser and screen information, the visitor country derived by Cloudflare without forwarding the visitor IP address to PostHog, page duration and scroll depth, and Web Vitals performance measurements.

MyAgent analytics excludes email addresses, form values, full query strings, URL fragments, free-form element text, cookie contents, authentication headers, request bodies and error data. Advertising click identifiers are masked before capture. It does not use session recordings, heatmaps, automatic click capture, browser error capture, surveys, experiments, feature flags, advertising scripts or person profiles.

Anonymous server request analytics

Regardless of your browser analytics choice, PostHog also receives anonymous server request analytics for public pages and machine-readable resources. Each event can include the page path without its query or fragment, response status, request method, content type, referring domain, validated campaign tags, a normalised user-agent signature, a coarse user-agent identifier and the country derived by Cloudflare.

Anonymous server request analytics does not use cookies or browser storage and does not include your IP address, authentication details, request or response bodies, form values, email addresses or complete query strings. It helps us measure AI agents, search crawlers and other traffic that may not run JavaScript.

Your 180-day choice

Your choice is saved in the host-only myagent_analytics_consent cookie for 180 days. No PostHog browser code, browser request or browser storage is created before you allow optional browser analytics. Declining or withdrawing stops future optional capture and removes MyAgent PostHog cookies and browser storage. It does not automatically erase records already received by PostHog.
